Bulk billing GPs are available for in-person and remote consultations without the need for an appointment. Co-located services include radiology, pathology, physiotherapy, pharmacy, allied health and specialists.

COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna & Pfizer) are available at Our Medical Loganholme. Moderna bivalent vaccines and the new XBB 1.5 vaccination are also available.
No appointment required. Patients can simply walk-in between 9am and 7pm every day.

In the event of a major emergency day or night such as chest pain, breathing difficulties or a serious accident, patients should call 000 immediately.
Our Medical Loganholme offers patients a range of allied health services including physiotherapy, psychology and dietetics. This range of co-located allied health providers can be particularly helpful for patients managing chronic disease or chronic injury. Our Medical Loganholme is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services.
Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.
Debra Singh is the diabetic educator at Our Medical Loganholme and is available by appointment fortnightly on Tuesdays, 9:30am to 3:00pm.

Free Flu vaccines now available at Our Medical Loganholme for Our Medical Membership Program members aged 5-64.
No appointment necessary. To receive the free flu vaccine, check-in to see a bulk billing GP at the centre using the Our Medical app.
For patients who don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however, patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.
*Government funded free flu vaccines for children 6 months to age 4 and patients aged 65+ are not yet available.
An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Loganholme. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
So that you can plan your next visit, the rosters for our network of GPs are available in the Our Medical app - available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The real-time calendar will display the dates, start and finish times that every one of the doctors is working. You can also see which GPs are rostered on a particular day. Available up to two weeks in advance.
Some doctors at Our Medical Loganholme are available for home visits for regular patients, when such visits are considered safe, reasonable and necessary, which will be determined by the doctor.
To make an enquiry about home visits please speak to your regular GP.
Medical Certificates are available from Our Sage from $19.
The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative. Our Sage provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.
The Our Medical Membership Program rewards and recognises all patients through member benefits.

Dr Madhi Sundaram is a Nephrologist and General Physician at Our Medical Loganholme. Dr Sundaram has a wealth of expertise in managing complex acute and chronic nephrological issues, dialysis, acid and electrolyte disturbances, transplantation, and immunological conditions.
Dr Madhi Sundaram consults on Sundays from 4.30 – 8pm. Fees apply with a Medicare rebate available for patients with a valid referral. Speak to a bulk billing GP for a referral.

For ease of check-in, new patients to Our Medical should download the Our Medical app from the Apple App Store or Google Play before coming into the centre.

- Sign up as a NEW patient via the app, making sure you have your up-to-date Medicare card and Concession card (if applicable) details to complete the new patient registration.
Once you have signed up as a patient via the Our Medical app, you will be able to check yourself in to see a GP as soon as you have arrived at the centre. Simply select the “GP check in” icon in the app and follow the prompts.
Parents and caregivers should log-in as themselves so they can manage any dependants through the one app. This includes checking children in to see a GP on arrival.
A message will appear on the app, once you have logged in, at times when the centre has reached capacity and can no longer see any more patients. Please check before coming into the centre.
4cyte Pathology delivers pathology services to Our Medical Loganholme patients as well as walk-in patients. This pathology service is open 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 2:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is open 8:00am to 2:00pm on public holidays.
Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Our Medical Loganholme patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor.

Andrew Roberts is the physiotherapist at Our Medical Home Loganholme. He offers physio appointments from Monday, Wednesday and Friday and is available every second Saturday.

As of 1 November, a new and more effective shingles vaccine is available for those most at risk of having complications from shingles.
This vaccine will be free for:
- People aged 65 years and older
- First Nations people aged 50 years and older
- Immunocompromised people aged 18 years and older with medical conditions including:
- Haemopoietic stem cell transplant
- Solid organ transplant
- Haematological malignancy
- Advanced or untreated HIV.
Vaccine supplies are limited, please check with reception for availability.

Telehealth is not currently available at Our Medical Loganholme. Please come in to see a GP for a bulk billed consultation. No appointment required.
Telehealth is only offered to COVID positive patients. In these cases please call the medical centre. A confirmation of positive test result will be required to request a telehealth consult. Patients will also need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible.
Patients might also consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year. Our Sage offers telehealth services to new and existing patients, Medicare and non-Medicare card holders.
Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency your doctor will be unable to speak to you while consulting with another patient. Our receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for results, prescriptions and referrals will not be taken. You will need to attend the medical centre or organise a telehealth consultation to obtain these items. Practice emails are viewed daily and allocated to the appropriate healthcare professional electronically.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code ourmedlh), Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please phone us for integration details.
