Our Medical is open 07:00 am-10:00 pm weekdays and 08:00am-10:00pm on weekends and public holidays.

An appointment is not required to see a bulk billing GP at Our Medical. Walk-in to see the next available doctor, or your choice of doctor. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.

In addition to bulk billing GPs, Our Medical offers on-site radiology, a full dental clinic, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialist services at select locations. Visit Our Medical clinic pages for more information.

As the doctors' rosters change to meet patient demand at the medical centre, we advise calling reception to check their availability. All contact numbers can be found on Our Medical clinic pages.

Under Medicare, Telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen their GP in person in the last 12 months. All new patients are welcome to visit our medical centre between 7am and 10pm for a GP consultation in-person. Telehealth consults are available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Available times are specific to each location.

Speak to a bulk billing GP at Our Medical about a referral to see any of the specialists at the medical centre.

At Our Medical an appointment is required to see one of the allied health service providers and specialists. To make an appointment please contact reception. All contact numbers can be found on Our Medical clinic pages.

Most skin checks and treatments will be Medicare bulk billed at Our Medical. Visit Our Medical clinic pages for more information.

Radiology is available at all our locations. Our Medical Radiology offers bulk billed imaging services including x-ray, ultrasound, OPG and CT scans.

Our Medical Radiology bulk bills all services for Medicare card holders.

Our Medical Radiology is an nib first choice preferred provider. International visitors or students that have health insurance with nib may be eligible for 'no gap' radiology services. For international patients of other health funds, please contact your nearest Our Medical Radiology clinic to get an estimate on the cost of a GP consultation.

Our Medical Dental provides general, emergency and cosmetic dental and is available at select locations in NSW, QLD and VIC. Visit Our Medical Dental pages for more information.

Our Medical Dental accepts Afterpay for all dental services and treatments and is a nib and CBHS preferred provider. All other private health funds are accepted. Visit Our Medical Dental clinic pages for more information.

Simply walk-in with your referral to see the pathology collector during opening hours. Appointments are only required for Glucose Tolerance Tests, blood pressure monitoring and halter monitoring. For these tests only, please call for an appointment.

You will receive a text message from the medical centre when the results have been returned to the referring doctor. When you receive an SMS, please return to Our Medical to discuss the results with your doctor or join the telehealth queue online. Please do not call reception, as results will not be provided over the phone.

Our Medical is open until 10:00 pm every day. For patients arriving in the evening, it depends on the number of patients already waiting whether further consultations will be likely before the medical centre closes at 10:00 pm. Emergency presentations will always be given priority.
