COVID-19 vaccines for Phase 1a & 1b will be available at Our Medical Home Loganholme from early April. Patients eligible for these first phases include those aged 70+; aged care, disability and healthcare workers; patients with a disability and/or chronic conditions; and Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders aged 55+.

For current patients, Our Medical Home Loganholme offers remote consultations with quality GPs from the comfort of your own home. Available 7am to 8pm on weekdays, and 8am to 8pm on weekends. Patients will need to have have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible for a telehealth consult. Join the telehealth queue here.

An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Home Loganholme. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
Our Medical Home Loganholme is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.
For non-urgent medical treatment outside of our operating hours, existing patients can call 0491 214 505.
In the event of a major emergency day or night such as chest pain, breathing difficulties or a serious accident, patients should call 000 immediately.

Our Medical Home Loganholme offers patients a range of allied health services including physiotherapy, psychology and dietetics. This range of co-located allied health providers can be particularly helpful for patients managing chronic disease or chronic injury. An appointment is required to see one of our allied health service providers. Speak to a bulk billing GP at Our Medical Home Loganholme or reception for more information.
Dr Leela Sharma is an experienced Gynaecologist now practising at Our Medical Home Loganholme on alternative Tuesdays. Dr Sharma provides general gynaecology services, procedures and contraception. Medicare rebates apply for specialist services. Referrals available from a GP at our medical centre. To make an appointment contact reception.
Our Medical Home Loganholme has a pharmacy on-site for patient convenience. It is open 7 days a week. The pharmacy can help patients with prescriptions, medical devices, vitamins and more. To speak directly to the pharmacy call 3209 7490.
Pathology services are also available at Our Medical Home Loganholme. Pathology is open from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 1pm on Saturday and Sundays. Walk-in patients are welcome.
Andrew Roberts is the physiotherapist at Our Medical Home Loganholme. He offers physio evening appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is available every second Saturday. To make an appointment contact reception.
