A GP will call you back for an initial telehealth consult. At that time, you will receive instruction on next steps if further testing or treatment is required.

An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Home Marsden Park. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
We offer bulk billing to GP patients holding a Medicare card, meaning there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.
Our Medical Home Marsden Park is also an nib first choice preferred provider. International visitors or students that have health insurance with nib may be eligible for 'no gap' GP consultations.

Medicines RX Marsden Park is open early until 10pm every day of the year. This makes it easy for Our Medical Home Marsden Park patients to collect their prescription or medicines, if required, after a consultation with a GP. Medicines RX Chemist can be contacted on 9626 9111.
4cyte Pathology delivers pathology services to Our Medical Home Marsden Park patients as well as walk-in patients. This pathology service is open 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
Western Imaging Group offers diagnostic imaging services, located within Our Medical Home Marsden Park. X-ray and CT scans are available from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Ultrasound services are by appointment. For more information or to book call 9622 2292.

Please return to the medical centre to discuss the results of any tests and investigations with your doctor. Results will not be given over the phone. Reception staff do not have access to the clinical information of patients.
Some doctors provide home visits to regular patients when it's considered safe, reasonable and necessary. This will be determined by the doctor.
In the event of a major emergency day or night such as chest pain, breathing difficulties or a serious accident, patients should call 000 immediately.
