Bardia Paki offers audiology services at Our Medical Dee Why. Bardia Paki has 20 years experience as an Audiologist and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and Master of Clinical Audiology. He has a particular interest in in paediatrics, cochlear implants and hearing aids.
Audiological services at Our Medical Dee Why are Medicare Bulk Billed (meaning no out-of-pocket costs for Medicare card holders). This includes:
- Bulk billed hearing tests
- Bulk billed rehabilitation support including counselling and support with hearing aids and other devices
Other services include general diagnostic services, pensioner and Workcover.
Patients should speak to their GP for a referral. A GP referral is required for the audiology consult to be bulk billed, otherwise a $90 private fee will apply.

Our Medical Dee Why is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to all patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.
COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna & Pfizer) are available at Our Medical Dee Why. First dose, second dose and boosters are available, including the new XBB 1.5 vaccination.
Moderna Bivalent vaccine is also available.
No appointment required. Patients can simply walk-in between 9am and 7pm every day.

Our Medical Dental offers general, emergency and cosmetic dental. Maximum health fund rebates available. The dental clinic is open 6 days.

Free flu vaccines now available at Our Medical Dee Why for Our Medical Membership Program members aged 5-64. Government funded free flu vaccines for children aged between 6 months and 5 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from 6 months, pregnant women, people aged 65 or over, and people with specific medical conditions are also available. If you have a chronic illness, you may also be eligible for the free Government flu vaccination, please discuss this with your GP.
No appointment necessary. To receive the free flu vaccine, check-in to see a bulk billing GP at the centre using the Our Medical app.
For patients who don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however, patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.
An appointment is not be required to see a GP at Our Medical Dee Why. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits will be placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
So that you can plan your next visit, the rosters for our network of GPs are available in the Our Medical app - available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The real-time calendar will display the dates, start and finish times that every one of the doctors is working. You can also see which GPs are rostered on a particular day. Available up to two weeks in advance.
Selected Doctors at our medical centre are available for home visits for regular patients of the centre, when such visits are considered safe, reasonable and necessary and will be determined by the Doctor. They must live in a 5km radius of the centre for this to be organised.
Medical Certificates are available from Our Sage from $19.
The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative. Our Sage provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.
The Our Medical Membership Program rewards and recognises all patients through member benefits.

For ease of check-in, new patients to Our Medical should download the Our Medical app from the Apple App Store or Google Play before coming into the centre.
- Download the Our Medical app
- Sign up as a NEW patient via the app, making sure you have your up-to-date Medicare card and Concession card (if applicable) details to complete the new patient registration.
Once you have signed up as a patient via the Our Medical app, you will be able to check yourself in to see a GP as soon as you have arrived at the centre. Simply select the “GP check in” icon in the app and follow the prompts.
Parents and caregivers should log-in as themselves so they can manage any dependants through the one app. This includes checking children in to see a GP on arrival.
A message will appear on the app, once you have logged in, at times when the centre has reached capacity and can no longer see any more patients. Please check before coming into the centre.
4Cyte Pathology at Our Medical Dee Why is open from 7.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00am to 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is open at weekend hours on public holidays.
No appointment is required. Simply walk-in with your referral to see the pathology collector during opening hours. Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor.
Albert Lin, Yan Chen, Evan Fletcher and Jayden Hutchinson are the physiotherapists available at Our Medical Dee Why.
Appointments for Albert Lin are available Mondays and Fridays from 8am to 6pm.
Appointments for Yan Chen are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 7pm.
Appointments for Evan Fletcher are available Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
Appointments for Jayden Hutchinson are available Monday to Wednesday from 8am to 5pm, Friday from 8am to 4pm, Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
Private consult fees with the physio are $123 for an initial consult and $93 for a follow up consult. Health fund rebates may apply.
Physio consults for patients with an active EPC plan cost $78 upfront with a $60 Medicare rebate ($17.65 final out-of-pocket cost).

Our Medical Radiology offers bulk billed radiology services including x-ray, ultrasound* and CT scans. The radiology clinic is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, from 8am to 2pm on Saturday, and from 8am to 2pm on Sundays.
*Obstetric ultrasound will incur a fee.
As of 1 November, a new and more effective shingles vaccine is available for those most at risk of having complications from shingles.
This vaccine will be free for:
- People aged 65 years and older
- First Nations people aged 50 years and older
- Immunocompromised people aged 18 years and older with medical conditions including:
- Haemopoietic stem cell transplant
- Solid organ transplant
- Haematological malignancy
- Advanced or untreated HIV.
Vaccine supplies are limited, please check with reception for availability.

Our Medical Skin Clinic is open every Thursday, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm with Dr Seyed.
Dr Seyed has been a GP in Australia for 10+ years. He is a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian Institute of Dermatology. He is an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor and has multiple qualifications in Skin Cancer and Dermatology. He is highly experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of Skin Cancer and Skin Conditions.
Fees apply for all surgical procedures. (Private consultation fee of $110 with rebate of $41.40 from Medicare.)

Telehealth is not currently available at Our Medical Dee Why. Please come in to see a GP for a bulk billed consultation. No appointment required.
Telehealth is only offered to COVID positive patients. In these cases please call the medical centre. A confirmation of positive test result will be required to request a telehealth consult. Patients will also need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible.
Patients might also consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year. Our Sage offers telehealth services to new and existing patients, Medicare and non-Medicare card holders. Our Sage is a separate service and does not have access to your Our Medical patient records, meaning no result follow up service is available.
Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency, your Doctor will be unable to speak to you whilst consulting with another patient. Our Receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for prescriptions, referrals or the results from any tests or investigations cannot be given over the phone, unless part of a telehealth consultation with your GP.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code ourmdwhy), Medical Objects, Argus etc. Please phone us for integration details.
