For current patients, Our Medical Williams Landing offers remote consultations with quality GPs from the comfort of your own home. Available 7am to 8pm on weekdays, and 8am to 8pm on weekends. Patients will need to have have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible for a telehealth consult. Join the telehealth queue here.

An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Williams Landing. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency presentations will be given priority.
In the event of a major emergency, day or night, such as chest pain, breathing difficulties or a serious accident, patients should call 000 immediately.
We offer bulk billing to patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out-of-pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.
Our Medical Williams Landing is also an nib first choice preferred provider. International visitors or students that have health insurance with nib may be eligible for 'no gap' GP consultations.
For patients of other health funds, please contact reception to get an estimate on the cost of a GP consultation.

4cyte Pathology delivers pathology services to Our Medical Williams Landing patients as well as walk-in patients. This pathology service is open 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00am to 12.30pm Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is closed on public holidays.
Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Our Medical Williams Landing patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor. If you are unable to attend the medical centre in person, please join the telehealth queue via our website.
An automated SMS is sent to all pathology patients once the results have been received by the Doctor. Only when the medical centre sends an SMS to the patient are the results ready to be discussed.
If you have not received an SMS from the medical centre with your test results in 5 days, please contact reception.
You will be required to return to the centre to discuss these results as part of a consultation. If your urgent attendance is required to discuss a result your doctor will arrange for you to be contacted.
We may also send reminder notices via mail, SMS or email in relation to preventative healthcare. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please advise our reception team.
For non-urgent medical treatment outside of our operating hours, existing patients can call 0439 370 584.

Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency, your Doctor will be unable to speak to you whilst consulting with another patient. Our Receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for prescriptions, referrals or the results from any tests or investigations cannot be given over the phone, unless part of a telehealth consultation with your GP.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink, Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please phone us for integration details.
