For ease of check-in, new patients to Our Medical should download the Our Medical app from the Apple App Store or Google Play before coming into the centre.

- Sign up as a NEW patient via the app, making sure you have your up-to-date Medicare card and Concession card (if applicable) details to complete the new patient registration.
Once you have signed up as a patient via the Our Medical app, you will be able to check yourself in to see a GP as soon as you have arrived at the centre. Simply select the “GP check in” icon in the app and follow the prompts.
Parents and caregivers should log-in as themselves so they can manage any dependants through the one app. This includes checking children in to see a GP on arrival.
A message will appear on the app, once you have logged in, at times when the centre has reached capacity and can no longer see any more patients. Please check before coming into the centre.
For non-urgent medical treatment outside of our operating hours, existing patients can call 13SICK (13 7425) .
In the event of a major emergency day or night such as chest pain, breathing difficulties or a serious accident, patients should call 000 immediately.
Our Medical Kellyville is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to GP patients holding a Medicare card, meaning there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services.
Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.

Anuradha Vadlamudi is the Dietitian at Our Medical Kellyville. Speak to a GP for a referral.
Private consult fees with the dietitian are $90 for an initial consult and $60 for a follow up consult.
For DVA patients and patients with an active EPC plan, consultations with the dietitian are Medicare bulk billed.

Free flu vaccines now available at Our Medical Kellyville for Our Medical Membership Program members aged 5-64. Government funded free flu vaccines for children aged between 6 months and 5 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from 6 months, pregnant women, people aged 65 or over, and people with specific medical conditions are also available. If you have a chronic illness, you may also be eligible for the free Government flu vaccination, please discuss this with your GP.
No appointment necessary. To receive the free flu vaccine, check-in to see a bulk billing GP at the centre using the Our Medical app.
For patients who don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however, patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.
An appointment is not required to see a bulk billing GP at Our Medical Kellyville. Patients can simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of choice. Limits are not generally placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
So that you can plan your next visit, the rosters for our network of GPs are available in the Our Medical app - available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The real-time calendar will display the dates, start and finish times that every one of the doctors is working. You can also see which GPs are rostered on a particular day. Available up to two weeks in advance.
GP rosters or wait-times will not be provided over the phone.
Selected Doctors at our medical centre are available for home visits for regular patients of the centre, when such visits are considered safe, reasonable and necessary and will be determined by the Doctor. They must live in a 5km radius of the centre for this to be organised.
Medical Certificates are available from Our Sage from $19.
The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative. Our Sage provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.
The Our Medical Membership Program rewards and recognises all patients through member benefits.

4Cyte Pathology operates at Our Medical Kellyville from 7.00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00am to 4.00pm on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
No appointment is required. Simply walk-in with your referral to see the pathology collector during opening hours. Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor.

Appointments will be available Monday to Thursday and on Saturdays.

Psychologist consults for patients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan will be Medicare bulk billed.
Private consult fees for patients without a Mental Health Care Plan are $150. Combined couples therapy consults are $200.

Our Medical Radiology is coming soon to Kellyville and will offer bulk-billed radiology services including x-ray, ultrasound and CT scans.

Dr Charles Nelson is an experienced Cardiologist at Our Medical Kellyville. Appointments are available every Monday fortnightly. Speak to a GP for a referral prior to booking an appointment.

Telehealth is not currently available at Our Medical Kellyville. Please come in to see a GP for a bulk billed consultation. No appointment required.
Telehealth is only offered to COVID positive patients. In these cases please call the medical centre. A confirmation of positive test result will be required to request a telehealth consult. Patients will also need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible.
Patients requiring a telehealth consult might consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.
Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency your doctor will be unable to speak to you whilst consulting with another patient. Requests for results, prescriptions and referrals will not be taken, you will need to attend the medical centre to obtain these items. Practice emails are viewed daily and allocated to the appropriate provider electronically.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code ourmedkv), Argus (omkellyville@argus.net.au), Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please Contact Us for integration details if required.
In addition to flu and Covid-19 vaccines, Our Medical Kellyville offers childhood immunisations and travel vaccines.
Childhood immunisations are administered in the treatment room between 8am and 8pm every day.
Covid-19 vaccines include Pfizer (adults and children), Moderna and Novavax. Covid-19 boosters are available, including the new XBB 1.5 vaccination.
The new shingles vaccine is available. Supplies for this vaccine are limited, please check with reception for availability.
