No appointment required for patients aged 12+. Patients can simply walk-in between 9am and 7pm every day. COVID-19 first, second doses and booster doses available. 

COVID-19 vaccines are available for children aged 5-11 by appointment here.  Patients are advised that supply is limited, and a booking must be made for COVID-19 vaccines for 5 to 11 year olds.

Our Medical Marsden Park is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to GP patients holding a Medicare card, meaning there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.

Glenn Maglalang is the Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist at Our Medical Marsden Park. He offers appointments on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm and Wednesday from 3:30pm to 8pm.

Free flu vaccines are now available at Our Medical for patients aged 6 months and over.* No appointment necessary. Simply come in and ask to see a GP.

*For patients that don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.

 

An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Marsden Park. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.

Some doctors provide home visits to regular patients when it's considered safe, reasonable and necessary. This will be determined by the doctor.

Our Medical Marsden Park is also an nib first choice preferred provider. International visitors or students that have health insurance with nib may be eligible for 'no gap' GP consultations.

For patients of other health funds, please contact reception to get an estimate on the cost of a GP consultation.

4cyte Pathology delivers pathology services to Our Medical Marsden Park patients as well as walk-in patients. This pathology service is open 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is open at weekend hours on public holidays.

Medicines RX Marsden Park is open early until 10pm every day of the year. This makes it easy for Our Medical Marsden Park patients to collect their prescription or medicines, if required, after a consultation with a GP. Medicines RX Chemist can be contacted on 9626 9111.

Our Medical Marsden Park has on-site physiotherapists, including Nina Dai, Ke (Loewe) Lin & Jimmy Yip. Physiotherapy appointments are available Monday through to Saturday, including evenings. 

Consults Medicare bulk-billed for EPC patients. For private patients, fee apply. Health fund rebates are available.

Western Imaging Group offers diagnostic imaging services, located within Our Medical Marsden Park. X-ray and CT scans are available from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Ultrasound services are by appointment. For more information or to book call 9622 2292.

Please return to the medical centre to discuss the results of any tests and investigations with your doctor. Results will not be given over the phone. Reception staff do not have access to the clinical information of patients.

For current patients, Our Medical Marsden Park offers remote consultations. Patients will need to have have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months.

Patients, please note, that due to new Department of Health guidelines, we can no longer fax prescriptions to pharmacies. If a prescription is required, the original printout will need to be collected from our medical centre.

Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency your doctor will be unable to speak to you whilst consulting with another patient. Our receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for results, prescriptions and referrals will not be taken, you will need to attend the medical centre or organise a telehealth consultation to obtain these items. Telephone messages are sent through to individual doctors via the software system. Practice emails are viewed daily and allocated to the appropriate provider electronically. 

We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code omh9mapa), Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please phone us for integration details.
